The Middle Temple Library holds one of the most significant collections of rare books and manuscripts among the Inns of Court, dating back to 1641. These treasures include over 9,000 early printed books and 300 manuscripts. Unfortunately, many of these volumes have suffered the effects of time and use and now require urgent conservation.

Through our Rare Book Sponsorship Programme, you can help restore and preserve these irreplaceable works. Donations range from £300 to £2,000, depending on the extent of restoration needed.
